The position will work at The Roxy Hotel and it's sister property the Soho Grand Hotel. We are looking for a reliable and organized Security Base Officer to ensure the safety and security of hotel guests, team members, the building premises and all property therein. The Base Officer will conduct access control, equipment inventory, patrols, incident investigation and reporting. He/she will perform the functions of NYC Deputy Fire Safety Director monitoring all fire &; life safety systems in addition to assisting with all applicable guest inquiries and requests.
Computer literate - proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with Micros Opera and/or GoConcierge a plus
Experience with Saflok, Vingcard, or Win-Pak systems a plus
Flexible schedule is a necessity
